PLDO Partner Matthew C. Reeber to be a Featured Speaker at an American Arbitration Association Seminar on “Just Cause” in Arbitration

Rhode Island – December 2, 2019 – Pannone Lopes Devereaux & O’Gara LLC (PLDO) Partner Matthew C. Reeber, a prominent employment law attorney and litigator, will be a featured panel speaker at an American Arbitration Association (AAA) seminar on “Solving the Puzzle of ‘Just Cause’ in Labor Arbitration” on Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2019 from 8:00 a.m. to noon at the AAA office, 1301 Atwood Ave., Suite 211N in Johnston. Attorney Reeber’s panel discussion will address the general ground rules in a discipline case and the application of “just cause,” what is considered when determining “just cause,” as well as provide insight on the “seven tests” often used by arbitrators when ruling on workplace discipline matters.
