Reeber, will be featured speakers at the Rhode Island Assisted Living Association (RIALA) Conference & EXPO on Friday, May 4, 2018 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 801 Greenwich Avenue in Warwick. Attorney O’Gara is a Principal with PLDO who focuses his practice on employment and labor law and mediating disputes. With over 25 years of experience, he has handled a wide range of cases including employment discrimination, wage and hour claims and sexual harassment claims. Attorney O’Gara also assists clients with traditional labor law matters, ranging from contract negotiations to arbitration. As an experienced practitioner, Attorney O’Gara has successfully mediated numerous disputes both at the pre-litigation stage and before trial in multiple industries including education, health care, social service providers, technology and in the industries of construction and warehousing and distribution. He is a frequent speaker on employment law topics and provides training for managers and supervisors on employment-related issues.

Attorney Reeber is a Partner at PLDO and member of the firm’s Employment Law and Litigation Teams. He is a frequent speaker on employment law issues and advisor to employers concerning workplace legal matters. He has handled numerous cases arising under state and federal antidiscrimination and anti-retaliation statutes, wage and hour statutes, whistleblower statutes, family and medical leave statutes, unemployment compensation statutes and claims for wrongful termination. As part of his practice, he appears before all Rhode Island state and federal courts, as well as administrative and regulatory agencies on behalf of his clients. For the past seven years, he has been named a Rhode Island Super Lawyers Rising Star by Thomson Reuters, a distinction that recognizes the top 2.5 percent of New England lawyers under the age of forty or those in practice for ten years or less.
