Attorney O’Gara leads the firm’s Employment Law, Litigation and Mediation teams. With over 25 years of experience, he has handled a wide range of cases including employment discrimination, wage and hour claims and sexual harassment claims. He assists clients in matters ranging from contract negotiations to arbitration and has successfully mediated a wide array of disputes both at the pre-litigation stage and before trial. As part of his practice, Attorney O’Gara conducts workplace investigations and provides training for managers and supervisors on employment-related issues, and represents clients before state and federal courts, as well as administrative and regulatory agencies. Attorney O’Gara earned his J.D. from Northeastern University and is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
Attorney Reeber is a member of the firm’s Employment Law and Litigation Teams. He is a frequent speaker on employment law issues and advisor to employers concerning workplace legal matters. He has handled numerous cases arising under state and federal anti-discrimination and anti-retaliation statutes, wage and hour statutes, whistleblower statutes, family and medical leave statutes, unemployment compensation statutes and claims for wrongful termination. As part of his practice, he appears before state and federal courts, as well as administrative and regulatory agencies on behalf of his clients. He earned his J.D. from Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans and is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut and New York.
