Attorney DeCarvalho’s legal career spans over 20 years helping businesses, nonprofit organizations and individuals seeking advice with business formations, mergers and acquisitions, general company operations, culture and crisis management. He is a former business owner and an active community volunteer, and has served on the boards of multiple state, municipal and nonprofit organizations, including the Quonset Development Corporation, the Providence Economic Development Partnership, United Way of Rhode Island, the Greater Providence YMCA and Rhode Island PBS. He is also a member of the Rhode Island Commission on Judicial Tenure and Discipline, the Rhode Island Commodores and the Thurgood Marshall Law Society, among other organizations.
