Biography/Practice Areas

Amanda M. Perry is an Associate with Pannone Lopes Devereaux & O’Gara and a member of the firm’s Banking and Creditor’s Rights Practice. 

She focuses her practice on assisting lending clients with a wide range of sophisticated commercial transactions, including asset-based and real estate loans as well as foreclosures, work-outs and debt restructurings. For her professional excellence, Attorney Perry has been selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® as a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in Banking & Finance Law; Bankruptcy and Creditor Debt Rights / Insolvency and Reorganization Law and Litigation – Bankruptcy.

Attorney Perry earned her J.D., cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Rhode Island. During law school, she received recognition for oral advocacy, clinical work and classroom performance. In addition, she served as vice president for the Women’s Law Society, secretary for the American Constitution Society, a senator for the Student Bar Association, and was active in the Public Interest Law Project and the Society of Dispute Resolution Competition Team. 

Licensed to practice in Rhode Island, Attorney Perry launched her legal career in 2017 at the Law Office of Joseph M. DiOrio, Inc., a prominent bankruptcy and creditors’ rights practice that merged with PLDO in 2023.
