In addition to this lifetime achievement award, Attorney Pannone, who co-founded PLDO in 2006, has been recognized by his peers and clients as a Best Lawyers® “Lawyer of the Year” in Rhode Island for his business practice for the past several years and named to the Best Lawyers® in America list since 2007. He has also earned the Martindale Hubbell AV Preeminent rank, which is the highest rating based on both legal ability and ethics, and he is annually selected as a Super Lawyer in Rhode Island.
Attorney Pannone has been practicing business law for over 30 years. In addition to his distinguished professional career, including founding a successful multistate law firm and managing the Rhode Island office of an international law firm, he has dedicated time and resources to serving the community, having held leadership positions in several charitable organizations and has worked in public service as a town solicitor during his career. He earned his J.D. from Suffolk Law School after graduating from the University of Notre Dame. He has been a Fellow with The American Bar Foundation since 2015.
